| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog to find the product/s you want to purchase, then select and pack size from any drop-down list and select the quantity required and click "Add to cart", then when you've filled your cart click "Check out" and you will be taken through a few screens where we ask a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit and debit card payment and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the U.K, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.If paying by credit/debit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) and Electron. If choosing to pay using Actinic Payments your card will be authorised on-line. This method uses Address Verification so your card MUST be registered at the address on your order. | Shipping And Handling IMPORTANT: We always try and give our customers the very best service. If you need your goods in a hurry, please use the EXPRESS service. All orders placed on REGULAR or other shipping options take their turn in the order that they arrive with us and could take up to 8 WORKING DAYS to be processed.Our current Shipping arrangements are as follows...We have three UK methods of shipment available. 'Regular', 'Small Parcels by Courier' or 'Express'. Regular will usually be the cheapest option and will use the postal service for consignments with a tariff shipping charge of udner £4.00. 'Small Parcels by Courier' is NOT a prioritised service, but will use Interlink Express to deliver all consignment sizes. Express IS a prioritised service, where we will undertake to dispatch your consignment THAT DAY for all orders received AM (wherever possible). If placing your order PM on an Express shipment, it would leave on the NEXT working day. Shipment is on a Next Working Day service, so no weekend deliveries and should our carrier experience a delay which extends the delivery time we are unable to accept liability.All UK MAINLAND shipments for orders exceeding £400.00 (EX VAT and carriage) benefit from FREE shipping.For Non-UK shipments we have one method, which utilises the Airmail system for small consignments and either Interlink International or RH Freight for larger consignments depending on destination and weight of consignment.Fuller descriptions of the services are below.UK consignments on our Regular service are shipped via Royal Mail on their 1st class or parcel rate for the weight up to 1Kg, then revert to Interlink Express. Over 30Kg shipped by Interlink at their prevailing offshore rates as UK Islands.European Union. Up to 1.5Kg shipped Air (small packet) via the Royal Mail. Over 1.5Kg shipped by Interlink Express International at their prevailing EU rates which start at £13.50 for up to 30Kg (zones 1 & 2) with 60p/Kg thereafter.Europe (non EU). Up to 2Kg shipped Air (small packet) via the Royal Mail. Over 2Kg shipped by Interlink International at their prevailing applicable rates for your destination which start at £30.00 up to 10Kg with £0.86/Kg thereafter. Non EU European countries also attract a customs charge of £25.00 per shipment. IMPORTANT: Customers in Non-EU countries shall be reminded that the liability for the payment of Duty and VAT is theirs. Minimum charge in this case £5.00 (UK Only). No hazardous goods may be shipped internationally.IMPORTANT: Customers in Non-EU countries shall be reminded that the liability for the payment of Duty and VAT is theirs. | Delivery Schedule We try our best to fulfill all orders on regular shipping within 5 working days wherever possible. At busy times this may take longer, so if you need your order quickly please choose the EXPRESS option which will prioritise your order (UK Mainland only) for dispatch the same day as far as possible (deadline 12.00 noon for order receipt). Back-ordered items are sent carriage-free when stocks arrive. International orders may take longer due to extended shipping times and do not have an Express option.Our products are packed-to-order. We do not hold stocks of any products in pre-packed weights. It will take time for us to prepare your order. Usually at least 1 working day.We regret that we can accept no liability for delays caused by factors outside of our control. These would include delays by the shipping company or post office and would include delays caused by technical difficulties on our website which may result in a delay in us receiving your order in the first place. |
| Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You are always free to cancel your order for that item if you would rather not wait. Orders are charged in full when received. Back orders are shipped free of further shipping charges. |

| Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 1026 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit/debit card transactions require a 'security number' also known as Credit Card Verification Number to be entered when checking-out, to verify the actual card is present at the time of ordering. |
